& Requirements
Receive incoming emergency calls;
Generate Emergency Call Taking (ECT) form via the Authority's incident management IT system;
Retrieve incident location from caller;
Determine the incident categories from information provided by the caller;
Input required details into ECT form;
Perform telephone triaging and medical advisories to callers for medical calls based on the guidelines provided by the Authority;
Shift work - 2 days' work and 2 days off
1st Shift - 8am to 8.15pm, 2nd Shift - 8pm -8.15am

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
