Central Singapore Permanent role Our Client Marketing consultancy, within the Fintech space The Opportunity * Partnering with marketing stakeholders to define, design, plan and execute a vari Central Singapore Permanent role Our Client Marketing consultancy, within the Fintech space The Opportunity Partnering with marketing stakeholders to define, design, plan and execute a variety of complex programs and campaigns across owned and paid touchpoints Ensuring task and timelines are managed and met across multiple implementation teams Managing stakeholders' requirements from campaign performance to program reporting Work together with marketers and analytics team to define tracking and measurements requirements Providing communication of program progress on a regular basis to ensure marketing team expectations and objectives are met Aligning on ways of working with team, outcomes, KPIs by managing the interdependencies with other teams Acting as the point of contact to mitigate, validate and manage any potential risk exposure of programs and campaigns with extended team Creating and maintaining documentation of campaigns, programs, and processes Proactively providing consultation and strategic directions for optimization Understanding and participating in the creative process whenever required Actively engaging and contributing to change management process and share discovery and learnings to improve ways of working Your Background Relevant experience driving digital marketing campaigns, regionally and locally Knowledge and experience working with MarTech platforms are a must Relevant Project Management, Agile, Scrum Certification will be a plus Excellent communication skills, strong collaborator, and able to take lead when required Demonstrable experience as a Program Manager leading large and complex programs across different regions Experience in managing and coordinating with execution team across different locations and timezones Experience in Lifecycle programs and multi-channel campaign setups Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with ability and gravitas to operate and include at the leadership level Analytical, strategic conceptual thinker, strategic planner, and execution skills a must
