You will be responsible for qualifying leads and generating pipeline for our Sales Team. Success in this role may lead to career opportunities in other areas of the sales organization and company.Responsibilities:

• Generate sales opportunities by doing high volume of B2B calling or through other means of contact with the goal of introducing ZipHR to middle to large enterprises

• Educate prospects in a consultative manner

• Set up meetings with decision makers for our Sales Reps

• Manage sales cycle and sales pipeline development

• Continuous accountability for the status of all sales prospects

Requirements:
*

• Min. 3 years of working experience in B2B lead generation in SaaS or HR consulting industry

• Strong oral and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino

• Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multitask

• Curious, motivated, resourceful, tech savvy and familiar with CRM

• Positive attitude is a mandatory. Must be willing to improve, be a team player and able to accept and contribute new ideas

Compensation:

• Base salary is P25,000 + P5,000 monthly incentive + commission per successful meeting above target per month!
