Job scope:
Support & participate in new implementation or deployment related to compensation
Analyse & prepare on HR & reward strategy data for presentation
Be the SME to support strategic transversal initiatives and advising the respective country HR in C&B matters
Monitor cost budgeting and analyze the variances with actual, provide targeted solutions
Regional support for mobility process and policies
Support the budgeting for workforce planning and implement in systems
Administer global incentive programs
Monitor the C&B data on HRIS and ensure the information is accurate and kept up to date
Proactively enhance and seek ways to simplfy existing practises and processes
support Regional COE on operational implementation and all process improvement projects
Requirements:
Degree in HR, Economics or related Management studies
At least 3 years experience in C&B
Meticulous, analytical, responsible and professional individual
Ablity to analyze the data and suggest solutions
Stakeholder management
Regional or MNC exposure
