We are looking for a Learning & Development Assistant Manager to join our team
As a Learning & Development Assistant Manager, we rely on you to:
Maintains effective internal communication on learning needs and program to respective stakeholders
Conduct on-boarding training, orientation and other training programs rolled out by Corporate
Effective administrative skills in tracking, record keeping, filing all training records
Support hotel audits with essential training records and follow company policy as well as local authority guideline in training related area
Ability to create a learning environment and assisting all other HR related activities and programs
Effective and coordination with external stakeholders
We are looking for someone who:
With good communication and people management skills
Has strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
Enjoys interacting with people
Is a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
Preferably has 2 years of relevant experience in learning and development
