The role is based in town and is within walking distance from a MRT station.POSITION SUMMARYAs a member of the Southeast Asia recruiting team, you will be primarily responsible for provides direct cand sourcing support for a wide variety of consulting roles across Southeast Asia. This will be for a permanent, full time individual contributor position based in either one of our Southeast Asia offices (Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Jakarta & Manila).THE OPPORTUNITYThe focus of this role is to work on candidate mapping and initial phone screening of potential cands.You will partner with recruiters from the Southeast Asia Recruiting team to creatively and strategically source for diverse experienced talent to fill open roles in the Southeast Asia region. The diversity of roles to fill ranges from Associate Consultants to Senior Managers and in some instances, area of expertise/focus needed could be in any of the capabilities and sectors in which the firm serves clients. In addition, you will gather, curate, and disseminate relevant industry intelligence and also provide data-rich talent market analysis and strategic sourcing approaches that can be leveraged by the Southeast Asia Recruiting team.WHAT YOU WILL DO
Collaborate with recruiters to create comprehensive talent sourcing strategies
Conduct primary and secondary research by leveraging external intelligence resources, as well as internal and external networking to source for diverse referrals and market intel
Share statistics as needed with recruiters during searches about the progress made to date on pipeline building and make recommendations as to whether the sourcing strategy should be revised based on those research findings
Look internally and externally for ways to advance and improve upon the team's sourcing approach and resources to ensure usage of relevant, effective and efficient tools to find the most diverse, distinct talent for roles at the firm so that we are always meeting our goal of producing prospect pipelines that are diversely balanced
Observe global business, economic, and talent trends to identify opportunities to enhance sourcing strategies
Manage multiple sourcing channels, including our internal and alumni referral program
Engage with shortlisted candidates through initial screening calls to assess interest and sustainability for role
ABOUT YOU
Ideally 5 to 8 years of total experience, including min 2 to 3 years of in-house talent intelligence/candidate research or source recruiter role in a professional services or executive search firm
Interest in being a strategic, creative thought partner who enjoys creating, driving, and revising, if need be, sourcing strategies to find the most distinctive, diverse leadership talent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong service orientation
Exceptional organizational and project management skills as well great attention to detail
Building and driving talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines by leveraging tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter is required and familiarity with Boolean search string techniques and other deep web search/research tools is strongly desired
Ability to represent the co confidently to candidates and cultivate relationships with passive candidates
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office applications; prior experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
