Main Responsibilities
Report to the BBQ Executive Chef
Assist in the preparation of menu items for the BBQ section
Deputise in the absence of the BBQ Head Chef
Handle e-procurement of ingredients
Maintain quality control for all products, including monitoring freshness
Ensure consistency and high quality of food served in the restaurant
Clean and sanitiseworkstations and equipment
Assist in maintaining discipline, cleanliness, and hygiene in the kitchen area
Participate in checking all purchased supplies for quality and verify each delivered item
Assist in monthly stock takes and monitor stock levels
Comply with hygiene and safety standards
Adhere to the company's standard operating procedures
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
Proficient in operating BBQ and Chinese specialty kitchen equipment
