:Details of the Division and Team:The Regulatory Adherence Team is the 2nd Line control function responsible for the lifecycle of regulatory change and management of the associated risk. The team manages the process around the assessment of regulatory change and the impact those changes have on Deutsche Bank, its business or infrastructure functions globally. You will be helping raise awareness within the Bank of regulatory changes and challenging functions to ensure regulatory adherence is maintained. That\xe2\x80\x99s why we are committed to providing an environment with your development and wellbeing at its center.You can expect:Flexible benefits plan including virtual doctor consultation servicesComprehensive leave benefitsGender Neutral Parental LeaveFlexible working arrangements25 days of annual paid leave, plus public holiday & Flexible Working ArrangementYour key responsibilities:Managing Regulatory Adherence strategic initiatives and representing Regulatory Adherence in Bank-wide programs.Analyzing existing Regulatory Adherence processes and IT tools and developing/managing enhancements.Supporting the process for regulatory change regionally including producing and presenting MI on Key Performance and Key Risk Indicators used to monitor overall adherence to the Regulatory Change Policy and the performance of the process.Interacting with auditors and regulators as required.Coordinate with 1st and 2nd Line of Defense cross-divisional teams on the execution of various fast paced initiatives and continuously strengthening the Regulatory Adherence function.Present updates to senior management and other stakeholders.Your skills and experience:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s DegreeA minimum of 7 years of experience in Compliance within Banking / Financial InstitutionsProject management experienceExperience working closely with program and project managers in carrying out large, complex, global initiatives with high energy and enthusiasm levels and exhibiting team leadership.Strong Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.Strong understanding of the various financial services laws, rules, regulations of at least one of the global financial centers.Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence others and engage senior stakeholders and foster collaboration among Compliance, the business and other infrastructure functions.Action-oriented and delivery focused with a disciplined approach and an ability to be proactive, work under pressure, and within tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy, showing initiative, and reacting quickly to changes in priorities.Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office.
