[Company Confidential] also has an investor club where selected projects are shown to buy-side UHNWs, funds, family offices and others. Essential Duties and Responsibilities . Asset allocation, macro research, strategy level research, portfolio rebalancing, portfolio risk monitoring, performance analytics . Conduct active research, due diligence, and analysis on investment opportunities across multi-asset classes including private equity, real estate, private debt venture capital, equities, and bonds (funds and directs) . Prepare rigorous financial models, investment memos, and recommendations for investment committee and board approvals . Monitor and review the performance of existing investments in view of the entire portfolio and asset allocation . Actively monitor portfolio risk metrics by generating reports and building model scenarios . Actively maintain and update the investment pipeline and portfolio so as to build an institutional quality investment portfolio framework to meet and exceed the portfolio's return objectives . Actively prepare and attend relevant Board and IC meetings to update on relevant industry trends/reports/databases relevant to the existing and potential investments . Performs other tasks as assigned by management. Requirements: Strong fundamental and technical analysis, and critical thinking capabilities Minimum 10 or more years of asset management experience in hedge fund/investment banking / corporate finance / buy-side investment firm Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics. Or computer science or engineering-related degree with some form of investment exposure is also considered. CFA/CAIA qualification is a plus Familiar with a range of analytical tools, databases, and software relevant for investments and portfolio management At least passed one of the following CFMAS exams: M1, M3, M6 Strong partnership and collaborative skills. Ability to execute local or cross border transactions A strong team player that is able to work in a fast-paced environment takes initiatives and is a creative thinker and a proactive idea generator What We Offer 1.
