Perched on the rooftop of the OUE Bayfront building and overlooking the bay, VUE features a 60-seater Main Dining Room, 10-seater Private Dining Room, and 36-seater outdoor Spritz bar. Patrons of VUE can either indulge in signature choice seafood, exquisite steak cuts, or artisanal and seasonal produce Binch\xc3\xb4tan-grilled to perfection. Guests can also kick back in the outdoor Spritz bar \xe2\x80\x93 all whilst being captivated by the finest, uninterrupted view of Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s skyline.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Roles and Responsibilities

• Learn and be well equipped in knowledge on the products and services the restaurant provides to assist and address guest queries
• Set up and prepare dining areas in line with setting standards
• Initiate and provide genuine customer service
• Understand and anticipate individual guests\xe2\x80\x99 needs to deliver personalized customer service
• Closely observe and listen to feedback from guests and respond accordingly
• Possess, or pick up, knowledge about food allergies, dietary restriction, common brands of beverages to facilitate smooth recommendations to guests
• Assist fellow team members to perform preparation and setting up in the restaurants for service
• Check all amenities and utensils are properly stocked and inspected
• Maintain utmost cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management

• At least 1 year of proven relevant experience in a related role
• Hardworking, self-motivated,
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Great attention to detail and creativity
• Positive attitude and team player
• Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays and on rotational shifts
• 5-day work week
