Your new role
As the Cardiometabolic Marketing Senior Manager, you will:

• Lead the commercial cardiometabolic efforts and development in alignment with Medical, Digital & Customer Engagement, and Market Access & Pricing.
• Champion the cardiometabolic mindset and Health Care Professional (HCP)-centricity across functions and therapy areas, driving key projects towards cardiometabolic leadership and supporting their cross-functional implementation.
• Identify business opportunities to maximize patient reach and the commercial potential of current and future portfolio through cross-functional collaboration, e.g. by optimizing Novo Nordisk (NN) value proposition, ensuring thorough Lifecycle Management (LCM) in the short and long term
• Ensure adaptation and implementation of Global/IO-SO projects and initiatives across APAC, while providing commercial inputs and insights in key planning processes (Long-Term Forecast (LTF), Annual Budget (AB), Game Plan, etc.) as well as competitor insights and strategic assessments in recommendations towards R&D and brand teams.

By bringing these two functions together, we aim to foster seamless collaboration and drive continuous differentiation from competition. As part of the APAC Medical & Marketing team, we will be driving marketing strategies and tactics in support of our cardiometabolic brands and development compounds. Our team works in close collaboration with Global, International Operations-Strategic Operations (IO-SO) and affiliates' marketing organizations and supports the operational excellence of our commercial front-line. Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for a new Cardiometabolic Marketing Senior Manager who will enjoy working in a high-paced, dynamic environment. You'll bring with you:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related discipline; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Over 5 years of extensive commercial experience, with a specialized focus on medical or pharmaceutical products.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies, with direct experience in cardiometabolic products preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, driving significant business growth. Experience working across diverse countries and cultures is an advantage.
