Job Description
- Provides companionship by actively listening to the residents\xe2\x80\x99 wishes and concerns, and ensuring that measures are taken to keep them comfortable.
- Facilitates and supports all aspects of the residents\xe2\x80\x99 daily lives, taking into consideration individual preferences.
- Responsible for creating an environment that enhances residents\xe2\x80\x99 quality of life.
- Assist in activities of daily living such as grooming, meals and assisting to toileting (helping them to go to the toilet)
- Minimum GCE N Level
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in English and any local dialects to effectively communicate with elderly who are not able to speak English
- Basic computer literacy
- Minimum two (2) years of working experience
