Accountabilities We are looking for individuals who are bold to try new ideas, have a startup mindset as we continuously refine our career management practices and processes by integrating best practices / trends, leveraging on emerging HR technology and data-driven insights.
We leverage Digital, Data, Science widely to deliver a holistic Triple E (Experience, Exposure, Education) development framework, and yet we don’t lose sight of our Employee Experiences: Shape Digital and Employee Experiences

  • Co-create with employees to design and sharpen AI in iGrow to deliver N=1 hyper-personalised development experience
  • Lead the scale up of OM across the region, guide and partner location Career Management teams on the change management and drive the adoption
  • Nurture our OneBot! Work with HRIS to scale up HR advisory
Shape people decisions through DDOM
  • Lead the Internal Mobility (IM) DDOM Control Tower (MVP2) design to deliver the holistic IM value map, using data to drive the right outcomes in CM initiatives
  • Shift hiring managers’ mindset to improve receptiveness to internal employees
Shape a Culture by Design
  • Drive employee empowerment through compelling career value proposition
  • Study the future skills landscape to provide thought leadership to BUSU leaders to continuously futureproof our workforce
