About this role

Technical Officer (Carpark) is responsible for the day-to-day activities related to carpark operations, carpark system, coordinate the issuance of parking tickets and assist the manager in the maintenance of the carpark system.

  • To assist the manager to monitor the service providers' performance to ensure standards and requirements are achieved and aligned.
  • To assist the manager to ensure that the contract services related to carpark system are carried out in accordance with the schedule planned.
  • To ensure that the condition of the entry / exit barriers stations, top-up machines and monitoring system in good working order.
  • To assist the manager in managing the sales of season parking and supervising the daily carpark operations.
  • To assist the manager in monitoring the sales of season parking, payment, refunds, etc.
  • To assist the manager to review and submit monthly reports on season parking collections, refunds, etc.
  • To ensure that the operations, service and maintenance of the Electronic Parking System (EPS) in good working order and make prompt arrangement for repair and rectification works for any faults and damages to the system.
  • To assist the manager in the sales of parking tickets and arrange for programming of the tickets before issuance to users.
  • To promote safe workplace by identifying and reporting hazards and taking corrective actions derived from risk assessments.
  • Other duties as requested by the Manager, Facilities Management.

  • Good oral and written English
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be pleasant and service oriented with relevant experience in hospitality industry
  • Able to perform shift duties, including weekends and public holidays
