Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for detailed drawing carpentry work for residential and commercial projects, ensuring alignment with company product systems and technical standards. Optimize design details based on customer needs and project requirements to improve constructability. Proficient in using CAD to create, review, and revise construction drawings, ensuring designs meet project standards. Work closely with the engineering team and on-site personnel to resolve drawing-related issues during implementation. Participate in project discussions and provide technical support to improve the connection between design and construction.
Job Requirements:
Education
: Diploma or above in Architectural Design, Interior Design, Engineering Management, or related fields.Experience
: At least 3 years of experience in construction drawing/detail design, familiar with company products.Technical Skills
: Proficient in CAD and other design software, familiar with construction processes and standards.Language
: Preference for candidates who can communicate in both Chinese and English. *Other Requirements
: Strong teamwork spirit, sense of responsibility, some level of creativity, and ability to adapt to the pace of project design and implementation.
