Responsibilities

You will have full oversight and management of Cash Accounts, ensuring the processes are robust, effective and sustainable over the long term. You will ideate innovative ways to enhance the customer\'s account services journey with the bank through their corporate accounts, including digitization of documents and simplifying signing mandates. You will oversee the build of the product, lead go-to-market execution, drive commercialization, and ensure successful project implementation and delivery. You keep abreast of industry and competitor development, ensuring the banks\' offering is up-to-date and competitive.

Requirements

You hold a Bachelor\'s Degree from a reputable university and 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in Cash Management, ideally with exposure to account services. Good knowledge of business/corporate set up is an advantage. A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, you work well with stakeholders across functions and countries. Your excellent problem-solving skills coupled with ability to draw insights from data and influence decisions is critical in this role. Other desirable traits include a high level of self-motivation, strong desire to learn, resourcefulness and strong project management skills. You are passionate about cash management and are keen to develop a career in this track.
