THERE IS A PLACE FOR YOU HERE!Be part of our diverse and inclusive team.Job ResponsibilitiesAttend to walk-up ticket sales and enquires at onsite ticketing counters and self-service ticketing kiosksPerform ticket sales transactions quickly and accurately using computer-based ticketing systemPerform cashiering duties including receiving payment by cash, credit card, room charge, vouchers, and other payment modesProvide excellent customer service to guestsEnsuring that guests adhere to safe management measures.Any other duties assignedJob RequirementsAt least one (1) year relevant experience in retail/ticketing/events environmentCommit at least 3-6 months of serviceFluent in English; fluency in other languages is a plusPleasant attitude and cheerful demeanorNeat and well-groomedAble to work on rotating shift, including on weekends and public holidaysCandidates with customer service experience will have an added advantageMarina Bay Sands is committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce, providing equal opportunities as we grow our talent base to match our growth ambitions in Singapore.
