Job Dimension
Reports to Report to General Purchases Head, GASP.
Geographical Scope: South Asia, including Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand and India.
Job Tasks / Activities
- Manages procurement activities of specific general purchases categories (eg. HR Services, Marketing & Communications)
- Manages the Sourcing to Pay activities for general purchases; qualification of vendors, RFQ management, negotiation, commercial validation, contract award, expediting, payment
- Drive category-driven initiative to optimize cost and increase automation
- Adheres to compliant procurement policies and processes
- Facilitate necessary training sessions on GASP core process within GASP and with relevant departments
- Execution of PR to Pay process in ERP for the region; Coordination with Shared Service Centre, vendors etc., promoto auto-payment process.
- Monthly KPI reporting for the region
- Ad-hoc admininstrative tasks for the centralized GASP team
- Ability to work in a multi-national environment and a global team
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills, open mind, team player ,willing to offer help
- Good English both in oral and written
- 2 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in procurement function
- Experience in SAP setting project preferred
- Independently manages RFQ for the Region
- Spearheading Saving Initiatives for the Region
- Delivery on Savings Target
