Job Description

Position Title: CategoryManager
Location: Lentor (Shindo Industrial)
Working Day: 5 day work week
Working Hours: 9am-6pm
Salary: $4,000-$5,500 (Depends on Experience)Job Role:

• Responsible for P&L for the Category - and assume end to end ownership to drive Category business objectives.
• Buying curators to determine the assortment based on market trends & customer needs driven through data analysis and ensure overall product range & assortment is in line with overall buying strategy.
• Analyze sales trends and product life cycles, use data to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Define the cataloging guidelines and work closely with cataloging and seller teams to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales Planning and to propose and finalize suitable promotion strategies while continually monitoring competitor efforts.
• Ensure timely demand forecasting and revenue projections and collaborate seamlessly between category, Sales Planning & Pricing teams.
• Create business plans for new opportunities and develop and execute project plans for the launch of new features, incorporating merchandising and Pricing strategies.

• 3 to 5 years similar role working experience
