Role Description:
Responsible for ensuring overall profitability, growth, and sustainability of the Philippines Crop Protection portfolio, with a key focus on strategic products of herbicides in Rice and insecticides in Veg and Mango. Key Responsibilities
Works closely with field teams in the actual execution of the marketing plan, measures results, and adjusts as necessary, in order to move the needle of business delivery according to set objectives
Develops marketing, brand plans, and launch plans for the category through well thought segmentation, targeting, and positioning process
Drives profitable pricing strategy for the overall assigned category
Identifies and assesses market opportunity for AMP
Develops value proposition and messages for new products based on value assessment results from LPTs and LPDs conducted by Demand Generation (DG) Team
Leads in the formulation of DG plans and works closely with both DG Team and Sales Team to ensure flawless execution of campaigns n target markets segments
Monitors execution effectiveness of DG campaigns
Develops customer programs to drive loyalty
Serves as the central point of contact with global/regional/sub-regional marketing in his/her assigned category. For new launch products, working closely Local Product Concept Team (LPCT) , monitors registration timelines to ensure timely launch execution
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experiences in marketing or product development.
Experiences in pesticide business would give additional value.
Post Graduate degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
Basic knowledge in Agriculture would be an advantage.
Able to lead, energize and motivate local teams
Able to manage multiple projects and turning strategy into implementation
Excellent interpersonal and communications skill in guiding people of different competencies, experiences and cultural backgrounds
