• Create and execute short-mid-long-term plans in line with Category strategy
• Understand, develop insights, and measure performance of the customers, channel and identify optimization opportunities
• Keep up-to-date with the evolving business and application domain in order to optimize the plans
• Execute transformation projects in collaboration with cross functional teams across the whole organization
• Ensure sustainable results by analyzing & improving business processes based on customer insights and applying change management
• Oversee financial KPIs for assigned Products/Channel including Sales, Margin, and A&P
• Develop metrics, track, report and forecast marketing initiatives and activities

Your qualifications

• 15 years of proven experience managing Projects and End Users across different regions
• Collaboration with cross functional teams and departments
• Analytical Rigor and Problem solving
• Strong communication skills
• LEAN Knowledge
