Catering Auditor (maritime)

Job Description
Industry: Caterer/Maritime Working Days/Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (will need to wfh on weekends, based on shift basis every 5 - 6 weeks) Location: Raffles Place (6 minutes walk from MRT) Budget: Up to $2650 (Depending on experience) :
- Conducting audits against a range of maritime catering standards.
- Produce audit reports, upload for owners through website and create action log report and send over to the order handler, vessel and Client
- Build strong business relationship with Clients
- Ensure all Client\'s inquiries are handled in a timely manner and provide a good customer service
- Responsible for all follow-up and the calibration of the measuring instruments
- Planning & follow up of vessels location and make accruate planning compliant with different vessels location
- Stock counting and upload to system
- Good knowledge of Marpol Guidelines + Hygiene legislation knowledge + HSE
- Have passion and familiarity with food as this role would need to order ingredients or take in orders from suppliers
- Able to work during weekends (Once every few weeks / rotational) and good with occasional travelling
- Ability to work fast-paced environment, Self-Motivated, Independent
