Job Scope
1. Attending calls, emails and walk in guest
2. Process sales inquiry, orders with teams (Sales, Kitchen, Logistic)
3. Source and coordinate suppliers, i.e. Logistic and Raw Materials
4. Purchasing - Source, PO, receiving and returns
5. Follow up payments - COD or TERM
6. Menu maintenance (website, softcopy, partners - caterspot, catersmith, foodline and etc)
7. Service recovery - complaints and feedbacks
Requirement:
1. Experience in catering industry
2. Bilingual in English and Chinese
3. Responsible and commitment
4. Ability to handle stress from Catering Operation, Customers
Location: 1 Senoko Avenue, FoodAxis. 5 days x 44 hours weekly
