Overview of Role

A Catering Coordinator with Conrad Hotels and Resorts will fully support, from administrative, customer service, and sale lead development perspectives, the Sales team to develop future and repeat business.

What will I be doing?

As Catering Sales Coordinator, you are responsible for working closely with the Director of Catering Sales & managers to perfrorm the following tasks to the highest standards. Specifically, you will responsible to perform the following tasks:

  • Assist to handling phone enquiries within three rings
  • Assist to process proposal and agreement
  • Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Catering & Events Team
  • Assist to monitor customer satisfaction regularly and learn about their needs and develop relationships from which to earn repeat and expanded business
  • Telemarketing to generate sales leads
  • Manage administrative work such as signage, car passes, place cards, menu card, etc
  • Process Hilton Honors points for completed events and MPS survey
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality on department\'s classifed information. Under the Code of Conduct Policy, Global Anti-Trust and Information Security and Privacy Training.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required by the management.

As a Catering Sales Coordinator, serving Hilton Worldwide Brand hotels and vacations, is always working on behalf of our Guests, and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
  • Local candidates may apply.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Relevant diploma in a sales or hospitality discipline
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets
  • Excellent administration skills
