Your key responsibilities:

• Providing support to Deutsche Bank\'s Cash Management teams in the APAC region by coordinating and managing legal and documentation issues for multi-jurisdictional projects with input from relevant stakeholders (e.g. Compliance, AFC and Legal).
• Assist with drafting and negotiation of documentation regarding services provided by the Deutsche Bank Group globally to our corporate clients from jurisdictions across the globe.
• Updating and maintain Deutsche Bank contract templates finalised with Group Legal.
• Management with input from relevant stakeholders (e.g. Compliance, AFC and Legal) of regulatory issues.
• Working closely with Deutsche Bank Legal counsels across the globe.
• Working in collaboration with other internal control functions such as AFC, Compliance and Credit Risk Management.
• Drive/support the development of new electronic/digital solutions with respect to contract management with various stakeholders, including challenging established processes with the aim to refine those or (where appropriate) reduce complexities.

Your skills and experience:

• Experienced qualified lawyer/senior legal practitioner in Singapore
• Min. 5 years of experience in contract negotiations and version management, either in private practice and/or at a leading financial institution
• Experience in managing both internal and external business relationships.
• More than 5 years of overall experience in financial services industry.
• Good understanding of Corporate Bank\'s products, services and documentation and of applicable law, regulation, and industry standards relevant to the business
• Focus on operating as an effective legal risk manager with ability to identify and consider legal and regulatory risks alongside reputational and commercial considerations
• Ability to work independently and assume responsibility for own workload from an early stage, also able to work well with colleagues across Group Legal, the business and other functions on transactional, policy and project-based work.
• Strong analytical, written and oral communication and relationship-building skills. Experience of working in an international environment.

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
