Job Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing ingredients for cooking, such as washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping vegetables and meat.
Support cooks and chefs in producing Asian food dishes using standard recipes and quality standards.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment and storing food products at the correct temperature.
Ensure ingredient preparation and cooking meet required quality and hygiene standards.
Be adaptable and willing to assist with other kitchen tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Relevant experience in a kitchen role in a central kitchen.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to work overtime, flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
Work location: Bedok North.
Work schedule: 6 working days per week.
