Prepare and cook according to standard recipes and production schedules
Maintain consistency, quality, and food presentation across all dishes
Ensure food hygiene and safety standards (SFA-compliant) are followed at all times
Coordinate with the kitchen team for daily prep lists and production
Manage kitchen equipment, storage, and ingredient inventory
Support menu preparation and new product development when required
Maintain cleanliness of the cooking area
Ensure proper labeling and storage of ingredients and cooked food
Support dishwashing, packing, and delivery staging when required
Refill supplies and assist in receiving goods and stock checks
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in food preparation or cooking, preferably in catering or food manufacturing
Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Willing to work weekends and public holidays when needed
Positive working attitude and willingness to learn
Work Details:
Location: North Singapore
Working Hours: 5-day work week (1 weekend)
