What the role is:[What you will be working on]We are seeking a training support coordinator to join our team for a one-year contract and assist in implementing Designing Your Life (DYL) training programs within our institution. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating training workshops, managing schedules, and supporting various logistical aspects to ensure the smooth execution of DYL training for RP staff.[What you will be working on]Coordinate with DYL Champions to organise training workshops and schedules.Assign DYL Champions to specific training slots as needed.Assist in publicising DYL training sessions and track sign-ups in collaboration with DYL Champions.Provide logistical support for all training slots, including booking venues, preparing stationery and ordering refreshments.Track and manage attendance records for DYL training sessions, including handling absenteeism.Assist in procurement matters related to the DYL program when necessary.Consolidate content, design, and manage the DYL online resource site to ensure accessibility and usability.[What we are looking for]Experience in administrative support or coordination roles.Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitaskStrong communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools such as MS Teams.About Republic Polytechnic:The first educational institution in Singapore to leverage the Problem-based Learning approach for all its diploma programmes, Republic Polytechnic (RP) has seven schools offering courses in Applied Science, Engineering, Management and Communication, Hospitality, Infocomm, Sports, Health & Leisure, and Technology for the Arts.
