Summary:

• Location: Choa Chu Kang
• Salary: Up to $7000 (Based on previous experience)
• Attractive Remuneration Package

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operation of EP care team and nursing care team
• Spearhead the development and implementation of programmes and activities leading to a better quality of life for each EP resident
• Work with various stakeholders and other professionals for the holistic care management of EP residents and their families
• Develop and implement various SOPs and guidelines pertaining to nursing care delivery in EP
• Ensure preparedness of EP for various scenarios and incidents through contingency planning and staff training
• Participate in recruitment and appraisal of EP nursing care staff

Requirements:

• Degree in nursing, rehabilitation, social work or related field
• Preferably at least 2 years\' experience in similar position
