What You'll Be Doing



As a Centre Manager, you will take full responsibility for the daily operations of your centre:


Lead the team:

Manage and support teachers and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.

Student & Parent Engagement:

Build strong relationships with students and parents, addressing enquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a positive experience.

Centre Operations:

Oversee enrolments, documentation, fee processing, and general administration.

Customer Service Excellence:

Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment for students, parents, and staff.

Problem Solving & Improvement:

Take ownership of operational challenges, suggest improvements, and contribute to the centre's overall success.

Requirements



Diploma or degree holder in any discipline.

Energetic, warm, and people-oriented

-- able to motivate staff and engage students. Strong

communication and leadership skills

. Responsible, accountable, and solution-driven. Prior management experience in a similar setting is a

plus

, but not required.

Work Hours & Commitment



Weekdays:

1:00 PM - 9:00 PM (

2 Weekdays off

).

Saturday & Sunday:

8:30 AM - 6:30 PM (

both days are weekends compulsory

).
