The Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring high standards of academic delivery, staff performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth. This role combines operational management, academic coordination, people management, and business development to ensure the centre's smooth functioning and long-term sustainability.
1. Manage daily operations of the tuition centre, including scheduling, facilities, and resource allocation.
2. Coordinate timetables, curriculum, and teaching assignments with teachers/tutors.
3. Act as the key point of contact for parents and guardians.
4. Drive student enrolment through marketing, outreach, and referral programmes.
5. Recruit, train, and supervise teachers, tutors, and administrative staff.
