Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Centre Manager to join our team, responsible for the day-to-day operations and performance of prime shopping mall in Singapore. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our malls operate efficiently, remain competitive, and provide a vibrant shopping experience.Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Oversee the operational and marketing functions to ensure maximum and long-term value for the mall.
• Market Identification: Identify specific consumer markets and implement effective PR, marketing, and branding activities to attract the right demographic.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, retailers, and other stakeholders.
• Tenant Engagement: Regularly engage with tenants and prospects to review business performance and explore opportunities for expansion.
• Strategic Planning: Prepare the annual Asset Plan focused on adding value and enhancing the mall\'s appeal.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various management teams to assess and strategize the re-positioning of the mall.
• Project Management: Plan and oversee redevelopment works to achieve the desired tenancy mix and market positioning.
• Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the Asset Management team on financial feasibility reviews for ongoing projects.
• Ad-hoc Projects: Take on additional projects and responsibilities as required to support the mall\'s objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in centre or retail management, preferably in a shopping mall context.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of implementing successful marketing and operational strategies.
• Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial planning.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
