Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics, self-storage and data centres.The ideal candidate is strategic, proactive, customer focused individuals with strong analytical skills, having 3-5 years of successful track record in retail centre management and having demonstrated excellent negotiation and communication skills.Responsible for the day-to-day operation and performance of a mallOversee the operational and marketing functions to ensure that maximum and long-term value is obtainedIdentify specific and suitable target consumer markets and to effect suitable PR, marketing and branding activitiesDevelop relationships with strategic partners whilst building and maintaining good rapport with retailers and other stakeholdersEngage tenants and prospects regularly to review their business performance and identify opportunities for spatial expansionPrepare the annual Asset Plan with a focus on adding value to the mallCollaborate with the various management teams to review and assess the re-positioning of the mallPlan and execute impending/on-going redevelopment works so as to achieve the desired tenancy mix and market positioningWork with the Asset Management team on financial feasibility reviewsRequirements:Prior experience in shopping centre management and preferably with tertiary qualificationsStrong negotiation and business planning skillsA demonstrated understanding of retail and the ability to value-add and future-proof the centreExcellent leadership and communications skills to manage and motivate ground teamsBenefits
