Centre Manager to join our expanding team and play a vital role in our centre's success!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the centre to ensure efficiency, quality service, and a positive customer experience Lead, mentor, and support the Customer Service team through coaching and on-the-job guidance Plan and roll out initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and improve student retention Oversee front-desk and administrative functions, including data entry and classroom schedule coordination Address customer enquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally Handle payment processing (Cash, NETS, and Credit Card) with accurate documentation and records Ensure the centre meets cleanliness, safety, and operational standards at all times Support general operations and complete ad-hoc duties as needed Sales support (an added advantage)*

What We're Looking For:

Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and daily operations Strong command of spoken and written English and/or Chinese Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications Sales experience or a sales-oriented mindset will be an advantage

Working Days & Location:

5-day work week

(weekend availability required)
