Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and health and safety regulations at all times.
- Provide leadership to staff to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Communicate regularly with parents, students, and community members.
- Diploma in Early Childhood and Education or equivalent
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in childcare/preschool setting.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, teachers, and community members.
