Centre Supervisor (healthcare)

Job Description
- Manage daily operations, including staff supervision and deployment to ensure safe and effective service delivery, handle incidents, ensure accurate billing, and maintain thorough documentation as required.
- Supervise daily routines, including meal preparation, client activity preparation, conducting activities, client reviews, and care staff cleaning duties.
- Collaborate with nurse and care staff to ensure clients\xe2\x80\x99 specific needs are met and effectively communicated across the team.
- Coordinate and plan programs and services with internal and external stakeholders to enhance client care and overall centre operations.
- Degree in healthcare discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical area
- At least 2 years in leadership position
- Candidate must have good knowledge of healthcare environment and service processes
