• Act as the primary spokesperson for the company, representing the organization in public and industry forums.

Job Requirement;

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master\'s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior executive role within the property or real estate industry.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent financial management and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• In-depth knowledge of the property market, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve financial targets.
