Job Description

This is a newly created role within the Property Management and Technical Support function reporting to the Senior Vice President to support the Group\xe2\x80\x99s projects.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for facilitating and overseeing the entire pre-construction / pre-renovation to post-construction / post-renovation stages of projects
• Responsible for providing technical support in the upkeeping and upgrading of the Group\xe2\x80\x99s properties
• Manage contractors / vendors and ensure they that are in compliance with the legislation requirements and OUE\xe2\x80\x99s requirements
• Attend site inspections, supervise, and liaise with contractors / vendors on maintenance and renovation works
• Ensure all project deadlines and schedules are met
• Manage the administration and documentations required for the projects (i.e. implementation documents, budget, monthly progress reports, certifications, etc.)
• Provide assistance in the obtaining of Green Mark certifications, ISO and quarantine facilities for the Group\xe2\x80\x99s properties

• Diploma in Engineering, Building Services or related discipline
• 3 years of relevant experience as a Chief Engineer in the Hospitality sector
• Experience in working with consultants (architects, structural engineer, M&E Engineer, ID designer, QS) on project management and implementation
• Certified Fire Safety Manager / Senior Fire Safety Manager is an advantage
• Grade 8 Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) is an advantage
• Knowledge in URA, SCDF and BCA regulations
• Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, systematic, and able to work under pressure
