:As our new CFO APAC, you will be responsible for the overall financial leadership of the Corporation\'s Asia Pacific Group. This Group includes 10 business units spread across 9 countries, with more than 100 direct and indirect personnel reporting to this position. As such, you are the right-hand leader to the Vice President.You will be located in our Center of Excellence in the Singapore Biopolis district, taking you to the heart of Sensient AsiaPac, where financial success thrives and your career will take the next upturn.What you\'ll do:

• Plan, develop, direct and evaluate the Group\'s financial functions and performance, which includes travel to different sites across the organization
• Due to your mastery in financial forecasting, you are able to anticipate business issues and provide solutions to the Vice President by assessing financial trends, performing budget analysis and defining standards for overall operational excellence
• Your leadership skills put you in a place from which you will manage and coach diverse functions and staff needs to set expectations for achieving results
• Working closely with the Supply Chain Directors, you will drive localization and self-sufficiency in production and sourcing capacities throughout the AsiaPac region
• Your analytical mind will process large amounts of input and business data, which you will synthesize into compelling plans to solve business issues, drive performance and communicate efficiently

What you\'ll bring:

• We require a Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent education in a relevant field, with A CPA or CA certification. Further education is highly preferred
• To understand the nature of our manufacturing business, you bring extensive experience in a Finance Leadership role in a production environment
• Your excellent communication skills come into play when building strong relationships in a diverse work environment, to positively influence (in)direct reports across multiple cultures and locations
