Description
This is a rapidly growing decarbonization management solutions platform, with ambitious growth plans to further the group\'s vision of a carbon neutral future. In line with that vision, they are now on the search for an experienced and seasoned CFO who will drive and execute fund raising, investments and listing plans.

Responsibilities
Partnering closely with the CEO and executive leadership team, the CFO will support the executive team in strategic planning, fund raising, investor relations, treasury, and other corporate development initiatives for the Group. In line with the company\'s aspiration to list, he/ she will also be building and overseeing investor relations, compliance and reporting matters with SEC, GAAP and other related authorities. He/ She will also be providing leadership to the finance team, ensuring the integrity of all financial information including statutory and legal reporting as well as establishing key performance management measures to drive commercial and operational excellence.

Requirements
The successful candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a degree in finance, business or accounting discipline. You will be a proven CFO with at minimum 10 years\' finance leadership experience in a CFO or finance director capacity. Fundraising is a key responsibility of the CFO, hence proven track record and connections with investors, fund managers, LPs, family offices will be a distinct advantage. Experience in leading companies to listing will also be a critical successful factor to the role. You will also be best described as agile, and entrepreneurial, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and concurrently, create corporate value of the platform.
