Job Description
- Strategic direction for the financial planning, asset allocation and treasury management
- Work closely with the investment team to maximize returns
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Lead major projects such as acquisitions, divestments and capital raising
- Strong engagement with the board of directors and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies.
- Potential secondment within other subsidiaries
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Proven experience in a finance and leadership role
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
