Job Description

Our client is an international fund management platform with more than $8 billion asset under management. As the group is growing substantially in the global markets, this reputable international platform is now hiring for a CFO to oversee the global business, based in Singapore.

As a CFO, you will be leading an highly experienced and competent Financial Controllers, focusing on taking strategic leadership and responsibility for all financial functions, risk management and review of IPO and M&A proposals in Asia, USA and Europe markets. Detailed role responsibilities as follows:

• Responsible for the overseas acquired and merged platforms financial managements and controls in HQ level.
• Ensure that corporate and country policies, methodologies, and decision frameworks are appropriately implemented. Take the lead in implementing into HQ Finance, best practices that exist in other functions and countries. Keep abreast of industry trends, benchmark and implement best practices which could improve services and reduce costs.
• Oversee country finance operations and planning team which includes all functions of a complete operating finance department including fixed assets, bank interaction, capital planning etc.
• Manage the core financial functions: forecasting, quarterly and monthly performance reviews, annual budget, investment analysis and internal control environment. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis systems as well as the regulatory and compliance reporting requirements.
• Typically partners strategically with the CEO. Required to be a strong leader with high business acumen and ability to influence business plans to drive the highest possible financial results.
• Manages a team or multiple teams, including performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations.
• Typically deals with complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact.
• Manages volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of end results.
• Performs other duties and functions as assigned.

The successful candidate will have 15+ years experience, proven leadership and track-record as CFO / Deputy CFO in real estate investment management platform. You will have demonstrated ability to think globally/strategically, turn information into effective strategies and drive resultsm and drive strategies in multiple countries.
