Experience CFO in both US public listed and startup companies
Experience in bringing a company to IPO in US
Understanding of US GAAP, COSO framework, Sarbanes Oxley Act , and PCAOB auditing standards

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Lead the Singapore company to IPO at US market
Work closely with the company’s founding members on investor relations, investor reports, and fundraising-related matters
Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
Prepare financial statements and reports
Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
Manage relationships with banks

SUITABLE CANDIDATES

Proven experience as CFO
Hands-on experience in bringing a company to IPO in US
Worked in US public listed companies before
Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and IPO transactions for start-ups preferred
High integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation
In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
Excellent communication, management, and interpersonal skills
BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA highly desirable
