Our more than 20,000 employees work every day to improve the health, wealth, and careers of more than 110 million people globally.We are now seeking bright and ambitious individual to strengthen the growth of business in the Singapore team as a Change Management and Communications Consultant.We will count on you to:Lead and manage local and/or multi-country projects of medium to high complexity in the areas of Culture, Change Management and Communications, etc.Work directly with client executives, manage / support the engagement through all stages, including planning, execution, and closure.Be in charge of day-to-day execution of the engagement process, take ownership of the whole engagement deliverable to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.Socialize proposed approach and recommendation with clients.Collaborate and work with colleagues across different lines of business and geographies to prepare client deliverables.Mentor a team of consultants and business analysts where necessary; overseeing their work to support the delivery of the engagement.Support business development efforts and act as a relationship manager for clients to identify growth opportunities across Mercer\xe2\x80\x99s suite of solutions.What you need to have:Ideally 5 to 10 years of experience in Change Management and Communications projects with external and internal clients.A broad understanding of the HR domain, with demonstrated experience in Organization Development and/or Workforce Transformation initiatives.Strong business acumen to support clients in addressing their Culture, Change Management and Employee Communications challenges.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to build strong business relationships with clients and colleagues.Proven ability to manage projects and/or large project modules including successful deployment and delivery of personal expertise and that of other project team members to ensure excellent, on-time delivery to client specifications.Prosci certification will be a plus.believes in building brighter futures by redefining the world of work, reshaping retirement and investment outcomes, and unlocking real health and well-being.
