Manage regional market , support local partners , increase regional sales
Organization of bidding & order handling procedure, coordinate HQ marketing, logistic and service department to participate in bidding & order handling.
Participate in marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities.
Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities
Participate sales training, self-training plan, action and conclusion.
Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.
Develop positive working relationship with current and prospective channel partners to build business.
Explore regional Market and customers
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
At least 5 years sales working experience in Commercial Display or CCTV
Great passion for sales, and have some technical background.
Exceptional communication skills. Work well under pressure and result oriented
