Drive the organization to reach a profitable sales growth within targeted Channel Partners. Preserve the existing business within key Channel Partners and generating new business. Create credibility, build strong, lasting client relationships, and earn the client\'s trust.
Key Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Establish strong strategic partnership with Distributors, leading to the
positioning of Honeywell Safety Products as first choice for Personal Protective Equipment
\xc2\xb7 Measure current sales within Channel Partners and develop action plans to increase sales revenue
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for building and implementing join business plan (business potential, contact lists,
competition, value proposition and action plan).
\xc2\xb7 Manage getting the right resources to support the Channel plan.
\xc2\xb7 Lead complex contract negotiation
\xc2\xb7 Build strong relationships with the decision makers within the key account, create and
identify business opportunities
\xc2\xb7 Engage with internal resources (e.g., High Risk Sales Specialist) to win product or solution specific
opportunities
\xc2\xb7 Identify and target Vertical Sector potential Channel Partner which will provide sales opportunities
\xc2\xb7 Understand and communicate industry trends (safety standard, change of technology\xe2\x80\xa6), competitive strategies and product technologies.
\xc2\xb7 Provide input for the annual operating plan (AOP) and the long-term business plan (LTBP).
\xc2\xb7 Provide data to support monthly product forecasting process.
\xc2\xb7 Reach sales and profitability targets for each line of business for the targeted large accounts.
\xc2\xb7 Lead presentations, proposals and plans as necessary.
