About This Role

As the CIS Channel Manager, you\'ll be the strategic architect and driving force behind our CIS business in Singapore. You\'ll own the entire lifecycle, from crafting compelling offerings and building impactful partnerships to driving customer acquisition and engagement.

This is a hands-on, data-driven role where your vision and leadership will directly shape the future of Circles.Life for businesses.

As a CIS Channel Manager, your key objectives will be to:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies for the CIS segment, targeting both large enterprises and SMEs.
  • Conceptualize and launch innovative CIS plans and data packages, ensuring they cater to diverse business needs.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with key players in the business community, expanding our reach and unlocking new opportunities.
  • Lead the working team in designing and executing targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum visibility and brand awareness.
  • Leverage data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior and optimize performance across all channels.
  • Manage existing corporate accounts, building strong relationships and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Lead project execution with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, CRM, Creative, etc.) to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the team, empowering every member to excel.
Who You Are:
  • A seasoned sales and marketing professional with proven experience in the B2B2C telecom or tech space.
  • A strategic thinker with a knack for translating complex business objectives into actionable plans.
  • A data enthusiast with a strong understanding of analytics and their role in optimizing performance.
  • An energetic and passionate leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A master of communication and relationship building, with the ability to influence and win over stakeholders.
  • A tech-savvy individual with a deep understanding of the evolving mobile landscape.
  • Bonus points for experience in the Singaporean corporate market and familiarity with CIS regulations.
Job Requirements

We are looking for passionate individuals who:
  • 3 - 5 years of experience as an Account Manager (CIS), Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or a relevant role in either a telco institution (minimum 3 years of sales and business development experience)
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Strong grasp of software e.g. MS Office (particularly Excel) and Google Analytics (reading and analyzing data to develop targeting strategy) is preferred.
  • Take initiative in problem-solving
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or relevant field
