Position Description
PIMCO is seeking an experienced marketing manager to partner with the Global Wealth Management and institutional client-facing teams in Singapore to develop and execute high quality, highly effective marketing programs to achieve objectives. Responsibilities will require collaboration with the broader global Marketing team to work on strategic initiatives and campaigns to support the firm\'s growth in the region, particularly for South Asia. He/she will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including senior management level investment professionals, as well as working with external vendors, where necessary.

Responsibilities
\xef\x82\xb7 Work with the Vice President, Marketing Manager, to develop high impact marketing strategies - leveraging all marketing platforms including events, campaigns, digital, multimedia, sponsorships etc. to achieve measurable business objectives
\xef\x82\xb7 Build strong relationships with Account Managers to facilitate communication, proactively identify opportunities and challenges, and support execution of marketing efforts
\xef\x82\xb7 Work with the client-facing team to develop and execute the channel\'s conference & events strategy, including liaising with external vendors, managing invitations and registrations, and providing onsite support. Travelling may be necessary to support events
\xef\x82\xb7 Localize marketing collateral intended for the South Asian markets, including managing translations and developing formats appropriate for a specific market; examples of marketing collateral include thought leadership content, fund factsheets, fund commentaries, fund flyers/brochures, webcasts/videos, website content and client communications
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage external vendors, where necessary, in the production and execution of product advertising, events and other client marketing campaigns
\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with compliance to ensure all materials produced are fully compliant with regulations
\xef\x82\xb7 Gather, analyze and present metrics for marketing-related activities, assist in preparing campaign and post-event reports, manage stakeholder reporting, and deliver actionable recommendations based on findings where required
\xef\x82\xb7 Assist with other marketing projects and activities to support the business as required

Requirements

Education:
\xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or business-related disciplines
\xef\x82\xb7 Professional qualification in finance a plus

Experience:
\xef\x82\xb7 Understanding of financial markets with minimum 3 years\' industry experience in wholesale/intermediary marketing and institutional marketing in the asset management industry in Asia, particularly Southeast Asia
\xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrated record of success in supporting client facing teams in acquiring and retaining clients and assets through execution of integrated marketing programs
\xef\x82\xb7 Proven ability to interpret and communicate financial concepts both verbally and in writing
\xef\x82\xb7 Professional proficiency in Asian languages desirable
