Position Summary

FTI Consulting focuses on attracting world-class talent. We are looking to add a dynamic, hands-on marketing professional to help us grow our unique, innovative culture and team. This role will provide support to the Marketing and Business Development team responsible for our offices in Asia. It will involve operational, research and administrative support, reporting into the Senior Director based in our Singapore office. The right person will be adaptable, approachable and have initiative.

The Marketing Senior Associate for Singapore is responsible for providing day-to-day marketing support to all segments and practices in Asia, with primary responsibility for the Singapore office. The Marketing Senior Associate works directly with the leaders of our business, to create and execute marketing plans to help FTI Consulting continue to be recognized as a leading provider of business advisory services and to help grow new business in Asia.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do

  • Work directly with the business leaders to develop and execute marketing plans
  • Drive marketing and business development initiatives for the Singapore office
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with relevant chambers of commerce and trade associations
  • Plan, coordinate and manage all client events and sponsorships
  • End-to-end event management (invitations, RSVPs, name badges, logistics, consolidation of feedback, onsite support)
  • Support and run digital marketing campaigns as well as social media activities for business leaders
  • Assist with the management of the firm\xe2\x80\x99s regional website and internal intranet
  • Act as the main contact point between the firm and vendors to prepare marketing materials and merchandise
  • Prepare documents including pitches, research reports, biographies to ensure that the final product is aligned with the firm\xe2\x80\x99s brand guidelines
  • Assist with the on-boarding of new joiners, including corporate photography
  • Support the Marketing team with administrative tasks including invoice processing, image library etc.
Basic Qualification
  • Tertiary qualified with professional services marketing background advantageous.
  • Excellent command of written and verbal English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • A professional and positive manner.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to spot areas of improvement and bring new ideas to the table.
  • Ability to work within a team and autonomously.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
