• Follow up on order deliveries and address any backlogs.
• Regularly monitor the ERP system every other day to identify any pending orders and proactively coordinate with customers to arrange fulfilment.
• Retrieve the ETA and update customers accordingly
• Coordinate deliveries upon the arrival of goods or by utilizing existing stock.

\xe2\x80\x8bQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE| About you\xe2\x80\x8bThe ideal Channel Operations Executive:

• Diploma or equivalent
• Basic Computer skills in Words/Excel.
• Knowledge in using ERP system will be a plus
• High sense of urgency and commitment to quality standards
• Self-motivated and a team player
• \xe2\x80\x8bAble to communicate with customers via calls / email for delivery arrangements
